Maybe replace barnshe with a saku.
Switch out immediately when she get type advantage on you and make use of sleep status.
Mid fight you can use your tankiest mon to stall a turn or two and use revives/balms.
Well Sophia is probably the biggest wall, she has a big level on you with type advantages and your temtem selection is pretty limited when you face her at that point.

I first of all used Barnshe and Saku since Sophia will always start with Kalabyss and Loali, so you can beat them perfectly. Kalabyss is weak to wind and electric and Loali is weak to fire and toxic (Saku has a toxi attack). Then I gave Skunch the amulet (i dont know exactly the name in english, but it will be useful to avoid your temtem from being doomed by Sparzy). Then i used tateru and one ganki to defeat Pigepic and Tuwal since both are wind type and of course the're very weak to electric. And finally i gave an umbrella to one of my Gankis to resist the tsunami of Oceara. I didnt use any revives or anything.
:)
Except you can't catch Nessla until you've beaten Sophia, so...
