How do i get pass the black screen after i make a character, seems im constantly reloading the game waiting through the 6k queue then getting the same black screen again...even that cute animation isnt saving this game

anyone else having this trouble?

borderless doesnt fix it for me, yesterday i got it working for a few hours but today im having the same problems again
