thcrap translates every touhou game (to my knowledge) to a wide variety of languages, just download the patcher.

Yeah, but I really would buy them if you end up liking them.They are one person- projects created by a lone, drunken japanese man. I didn't find out until the other day that all of the windows games are still being sold, and bought a few off Amiami. I thought they were Comiket-only games.
