I want to get into touhou, I have two questions

1: Which one is best, or at least best to start with.
2: Are there English translated versions or am I stuck?

Best? Just download all of the ones that you can't buy on steam and try them all, theyre all pretty great in their own way imo. There are certain games that are easier than others but honestly I'd just try each one from 6 up.

thcrap translates every touhou game (to my knowledge) to a wide variety of languages, just download the patcher.

1. If you're not sure about Touhou, download the HSiFS demo and try it out.
2. No official English version exist, but there is a community patcher that will patch all the games into a multitude of languages, including English: https://www.thpatch.net/wiki/Touhou_Patch_Center

Yeah, but I really would buy them if you end up liking them.They are one person- projects created by a lone, drunken japanese man. I didn't find out until the other day that all of the windows games are still being sold, and bought a few off Amiami. I thought they were Comiket-only games.
