Всем привет!

Большое спасибо разработчикам и лично Лизе за оказанное доверие и с их разрешения я создаю эту тему для обсуждения любых вопросов, связанных с игрой. В данный момент мы обсуждаем возможность перевода игры на русский язык и детали этого процесса и в дальнейшем, я надеюсь, вы сможете его протестировать.

Ну а пока вы можете задавать здесь свои вопросы - их я обязательно переведу и передам команде разработчиков SAS.

Здравствуйте.
Купил сегодня игру и очень расстроился. Поиграть так и не удалось. Сама игра запускается, меню активно, но после выбора режима игы (сетевая, одиночная и т.д.) идёт загрузка, потом появляется экран с 7 подсказками (загрузочный экран) и всё. Ждать можно очень долго - эффекта никакого. Брэндмауэр Windows отключал, Nod 32 отключал, настраивал. Короче, поиграть не удалось. Роутера у меня нет, IP адрес мне представляется поставщиком услуги интернет.
И как быть?

What I could see is you came to the Login scene with the 7 instructions. Have you pressed on New Character to create a new character (only one time needed, it overwrites the active character eachtime), disabling firewall will not help you have to allow SAS to run on your PC but seeing the Login with Host Match / Join Match is a good sign that you have connected properly.

If you don't see it, than you have to allow SAS to run on your PC by going to your firewall or Windows Defender and give it permissions to do so.

After that click on Host Game - Create Game (enter name of Match and remember it you have to use the same everytime if you want it to load saved game) Start Match (as Host)
when it's done loading, other player (in Multiplayer) can join your game by typing JOIN GAME and selecting your match from a list.

Hope this helps, but very important is to allow Firewall/ Windows Defender to start SAS (disabling Firewall is not helping because Windows Security will take over )

Добавил игру и клиент Стим в исключения в брэндмауере Windows 7X64 и в ативирус NOD32 Smart Security 11.2.49.0.
Не помогает.

Список игр весьма велик, вот несколько из них:
ARK, Left for dead, 7 days to die, Borderlands, Bulletstorm и многи другие...
Никаких проблем с сетевой игрой COOP.
Полагаю, что дело не в клиенте Steam. Но понять, что именно надо сделать для полноценной игры в SAS пока понять не могу.

Если поможет, могу предоставить результаты DxDiag.

So its clearly that some of your security programs do not allow SAS to connect to the Server (which is 2/2 step when this is happening) we had Users in the past that had Anti Virus software and after properly giving SAS access it worked, I don't know your NOD Security and best is to ask the Developer or Support of this Software on how to properly allow other Software to be allowed to run. So again there is something on your end that is preventing SAS to connect to the server. You cannot compare us with other games because they have different Multiplayer engines that they use for what ever reason. I for example have Zone Alarm Firewall and Antivirus program and have a Game Mode option when playing games so it does not interfere with the games, but it still reads the files and it still sets the execution of files that are allowed to run, so no matter if I disable or uninstall Zone Alarm the program would off have marked SAS or any other software as allowed or not allowed to access Internet or even run (depending on your security settings). So the Last Step screenshot is a 100% indicator that its stuck with accessing the Internet our Servers meaning like I mentioned something is preventing it to access the Internet and its either your NOD32 or Windows Defender or any other security software you have. So best is to ask NOD32 support on how to properly allow access or try to reinstall SAS fresh (maybe even new folder so that Windows thinks is a new game) and pay attention when first time starting SAS that a Security Window is poping up to ask for access permission to the Internet, this is the moment you have to allow it, if not it will be marked as no access granted and you will get stuck at 2/2.

С Вашей помощью мне удалось исключить из списка возможных проблем немало лишнего.
NOD 32 весьма распространенный продукт в России, если у меня получится решить проблему с запуском игры, я выложу решение проблемы в этой теме для информирования других пользователей.

Увы. Даже обращение в поддержку NOD32 и выполнение всех их инструкций к запуску игры не привели. По прежнему игра остается в фазе 2/2. Были предприняты всевозможные варианты настройки антивируса и брендмауэра. Я начинаю подумывать, не провайдер ли блочит соединение с сервером...

Oh this could be as well that the Provider is blocking the ports, we had players in Australia that had used Mobile Phone Internet and those providers seemed to block certain ports. The ports that our Multiplayer needs is 20250 and 21251 those have to be open for communication.

Указанные потры 20250 21251 при поддержке провайдера были открыты. На данный момент ситуация не изменилась. Было бы не плохо узнать ip адреса, используемые серверной частью игры. Тогда появится возможность провести трассировку адресов. Иначе причина невозможности игры остается не ясной.

Can you try to reinstall your game after the provider has opened the ports and install it on a different folder so that Windows starts to think that this is a new game and it will ask you for permission to access the Internet. Let me know what Region you trying to access and as well did you try to play Single Player?

Дальше при запуске одиночно игры сетевая активность заканчивается.

Роскомнадзором Российской Федерации некоторые IP адреса внесены с список запрещённых. На сколько мне известно, некоторая часть AMAZON как раз находится в этих списках. Если так, то это получается, что на платформе steam продается продукт, который является заведомо наработоспособным...
На первом скриншоте есть 3 адреса. Это и есть адреса вашего сервера?

So the IPs you showing are not our Server Box IPs but I just tested and when SAS connects to Steam it connects to this Amazon IP so its a Steam thing that they running their servers on for all the Steam related features and connections, even in a Single Player Mode you are connected to Steam (not to our Server) they check for if the game exists in your Library (protection) and for achievements and so on.
