Here is a fix for stuttering for the Ricochet series

I downloaded dgvoodoo and copied that into the Ricochet directory along with the files below if necessary.

D3DImm.dll
d3drm.dll
DDraw.dll

You may have to play with the settings a bit but best to set the DirectX resolution to 1024x768 or something along those lines since that is the resolution the game ran at long ago I believe.

Some experimentation may be necessary but all the Ricochet series work perfectly from a performance and renderding standpoint on Windows 10 x64 and an Nvidia 2080ti. The stuttering isn't due to CPU cores even though it may appear that way. It's strictly video related.
