This with a Single Player campaign with all the stages = Perfect
This game needs a way to narrate a main story even if basic animations or even still images are used for that and in between missions.

and then some mechanics to provide a minimal progression or weapons unlocking or features unlocking or any other ideas that can provide other sense of reward to the player (or even the actual score leaderboards rewards).

All these providing a progressive gameplay that goes with the player through the missions and 1 or 2 big bosses battles at least.

The game by now looks and plays fun, but making it just separate missions falls short in a way that gives no deep sense of winning for the single player or not a big "movie" concept of the entire game to beat.
Each mission feels a little flat to play.... like in a more casual way.

Just a humble opinion of how perfect & awesome this game can be :)

Hey Michelangelo, Thanks for the encouraging words and suggestions! I know this was something you have been wanting to see improvements in for a long time for the game. Unfortunately, a story or campaign was not part of the planned scope for this particular title. Achievements might be something I would add if people play the game actively. My current focus is on fixing any glaring issues with what is already in the game. Big features will need to wait for a separate game. I much appreciate the feedback and your support after all these years though! :)
