No way. Even if TAITO has the ability to link the PC version and arcade, TAITO still don't want to link them together as that may seriously affect the revenue from arcade version.
Also it will got flamed by players who only play arcade version.

p.s. I play all three versions - PC, mobile and also arcade.

But don't forget arcade players need to insert coins for every game. You can pay 20 dollars once to buy the PC version and then you can make GC as much as you can. That will be very unfair to arcade players.

if you enjoy the music and just want to relax you can spend the GC coins on the 100 coins
for listening to the song without hitting notes. ive probably spent at least 10,000 coins doing
that. though thats a small dent compared to having over 60,000+ coins at all times.

also you get 20 coins for hitting 0 notes so really it costs only 80 though you buy it for 100.
