Skidmarks and respawn

and some kind of respawn option, race permadeath sucks!

Respawns are in development at this very moment, and we'll try to get them out as soon as possible! Permadeath will be optional in the future!

Regarding skidmarks: They're something we've been playing around with a lot in earlier prototypes. We'd love to put in skidmarks but currently we're focusing on our UI rework, so they'll have to wait a bit.

I won't argue with that, the UI could be more clear, but it's a rocking game.
