Can you mod X6 in this collection?

I wanted to play the x6 tweaks. But i don't know how, i tried doing the x5 improvement project through an emulator, but i was not sure how to patch it. So i wanted to ask if it's the same deal here. And if it could anyone walk me through the process?

You can make some modifications if you use a hexadecimal editor. Acediez itself created a topic talking about that (it's the guy who make MM8/X4 undub and X5/X6 tweaks for PS1):
