X5: How to Make the Enigma ALWAYS work, with 0 Parts!

Yes, you read that right; the Enigma has finally been solved! Volunteers (credited at the bottom) have tested this on every single console — it always succeeded, even with 0 Parts.  And no, this does not use the Demo method available on only PS1, PS2, & GameCube — this is a new exploit entirely.

But basically, we're doing a restart to reset something called the "Random Number Generator" (RNG). Said RNG controls every random event in the game... But is also mostly frozen when you're not actually in a level.

That means we can do some very specific (but easily executed) movement in Volt Kraken to ensure we always get the random numbers we want. However, the exact movements depend on which version of the game you're playing.

The following is a quick summary of what those movements are... But again, watch the video to learn how to apply them:
