I got
Intel core i5
ram: 4GB
cpu: 3.20 GHz (Thats what appears on my pc propieties)

so it comes down to what i view as the more tollerable problem. more input lag, or screen tearing.
to be quite honest, i mostly just bought this for X8. getting X5 and X6 were just a bonus for me. i liked them, but i really missed X8. as for X4, i didn't love it. i didn't hate it, but i just wasn't as much a fan of it as i was 5,6 and 8. and as for the SNES games... well, let's just say that i have... other methods of playing them. ;)
I suppose that solves this problem. But no save state :( lmao.
To get the game running at low latency mode. Follow the steps below. You can set the game to 60 FPS in the in game menu.
1. Goto nvidia control panel.
2. Click manage 3D settings tab.
3. go into program settings tab.
4. add mega man collection or RCX or RCX2 to the program list.
4a. If RCX or RCX2 does not show up, run the game once and now click add program.
5. Look for low latency mode.
6. Set low latency mode to either Ultra or On.
a. Both ultra and on work with vsync. Game is super smooth.
7. Set vsync on in the ingame menu.
Game should work smooth now. My GSYNC monitor cannot save the game from screen tearing. So vsync on is a must.
