is there a way to get both ultimate and black zero in single save. or anyone who can provide a cheat to get them in 1 file.

No, that is impossible by normal means. You have to get the Ultimate Armor by using the input code and then use a trainer or cheat engine to fight Nightmare Zero at level 4 to get Black Zero (which is normally impossible because you need 5,000 Nightmare souls for him to reach level 4, but Gate's Fortress is unlocked after you gather 3,000, which replaces the current boss of the alt. rout with Dynamo).

so i just need to use input code for ultimate. then grind dynamo with the acid rain to gain souls ?
if i recall these "nightmare souls" are the blue circle thing right ? green on dynamo.

No. To get Black Zero, you need to defeat Zero Nightmare at lvl 4, which is impossible to get without cheating for the reason I mentioned above: once you collect 3,000 souls, you can no longer fight Zero Nightmare, as he is replaced with Dynamo.

No. I am unfamilliar with cheat engine, unfortunately, so I wouldn't know how to make that happen. Sorry.
