I think you would be disappointed. Even on Wii and 3DS the GBA ports are garbage.
Command Mission was at least a PS2/Gamecube game. There are plenty of those on Steam.
Mega Man games have story twists??
Irrelevant. Most of them aren't wanted to begin with and most of the wanted ones are Nintendo games too so of course they'll never reach steam. Doesn't mean it's impossible or improvable, heck we even have previously 3DS exclusive titles by now.
Megaman Zero does have a great story actually. It always builds on top of itself creating a lore. Even some of the boss fights have story building integrated in them via certain moves. For example the final boss of the second game. A lot of the bosses have their own mini stories too (you only get info when fighting the bosses yes but they actually have their own mini stories)
Its not just a good story for a megaman game it is a good story in general.
but the most epic final boss in any MM game is actually the final boss in Zero 3, seriously I wasnt expecting that one :O damn...
