Crazy Drug/Meta route!!!

OMFG, JUST got done with this. This is by far the most insane route, and honestly, it hurts my heart a bit.
Okay, MAJOR Spoilers down below! In the shop, you'll be able to buy a bag of crazy drugs/pills for $10. For EVERY route/game length I've gone through, you can only get this item close to the END of the game: Don't constantly go to Valerie/Shopkeeper, or else you'll get her secret route and can't access the shop anymore.
Alright, so here's the MAJOR spoilers: After you buy the item, you'll find yourself alone, when all of a sudden Scott & Polly arrive. Polly eats the drugs (no surprise, it's Polly), and hallucinates instantly . When she comes back 2 hours later, she reveals that She KNOWS everything is a game now!!! . It's up to you to prove her right in the 1st turn:
Bold (top): Suggest going to the edges of the scenery. After going through several images (including a kinda unnerving forest image), you see a scrap of paper with suggestions for routes/details of characters on it. Polly & Scott are thoroughly freaked out & choose to leave.
Smart (Bottom. HIGHLY recommend this one going into this route first. I did it, blew my mind): "Simple. Turn off the game!" Polly doesn't know what you mean, but the narrator does; he simply says "you've done this many times before. You turn off the application." and the game. TURNS. OFF. It fakes a restart before going back to Polly & Scott, who have outright felt essentially death. Even Polly, who's a ghost!
Right after the revelation, Polly & Scott reach out to Vera for help, who refuses, so they go to Liam instead. Now you must convince Liam of what you know:
Creative (top): "Hey, Liam, raise up your arm!" Confused, Liam attempts to raise up his arm, but fails to do so repeatedly. Thoroughly shocked, he now realizes Polly & Scott were right!
Smart (Bottom): You tell Liam to look up MonsterProm info on a website. As soon as he does, he finds EVERYTHING on all the characters. Now he knows reality isn't real, too!
(SIDENOTE: If you go sit by Polly & Scott at lunch, you wont get an event. You'll see them having a breakdown again. It's pretty funny)
On the last night, Polly, Scott, & Liam all run to you asking one thing: Since you clearly know the most about reality - almost to a suspicious degree - how can we escape the game???
Creative (top): Turn around to look for an exit! Liam does so, and sees everything the player can: Their name at the bottom of the screen, the background image, and the stats chart. Sadly, though, nothing like an exit.
Charm (bottom): Reach out to the real world! The 4 of you set up a website connecting them to reality, but not many answer their questions seriously. Alas, no exit to be found or requested.

When choosing a partner for prom, ask Liam, Scott, or Polly out. DON'T go alone, you'll get a normal "independent prom night" ending.

Yeah, you can still get it; It'll appear in the 2nd OR 5th week, depending on which kind of game you play (short or long run). I recommend buying it at lunch, that way you'll have 3 days JUST for the route

Does anybody know what events are needed for the item to appear in the shop? I know that it only appears later in the weeks but I have no idea what I need to do to get it. I have most of the secret endings unlocked, so I'm at an impasse.

Get more events. I unlocked it right away when the update added the item, so I don't know what kind of events you need, but that's always the way the game works. Fairy in a bottle is Slayer events + a certain % of DLC events seen. Lore coupon is Coven events + Angel Blood ending + a certain % of DLC events seen. Bag of drugs is probably the same way.

I just replayed all the new endings, but did the opposite options that I picked the first time

Alright, I’ll go in and try for different options on the secret endings and try to look for other dialogue-based events. Thanks for the help.

Follow up: If you sit by Liam during the last lunch period while on this route, you wont get a normal event either; he'll be freaking out going "reality isn't real omfg", and Vera, who's next to him, is just like "I keep telling you, you need to not do drugs with Polly." Miranda & Damien will always be next to each other, and you'll get a normal event (as THEY aren't aware of the 4th wall being thoroughly smashed.) As far as I know, no one else will act any different other than the 3 who are outright aware

How do you unlock the very weird drugs? I know you can only get them on week 2/week 5 but they don’t appear for me.

I'm pretty sure you need a few requirements done, mostly that
a) Maybe you need several other secret routes already done, and
b) It needs to be Monster Prom Second Term
I think with unlocking it, it mostly just takes time and replaying the game for new routes and scenarios
