Besides mentions of sex or drugs in text-form, there is no explicit NSFW imagery in the entire game.

Honestly no, only mentionings of sex and drugs but there is an image of Miranda you can unlock that comes close to being NSFW if you manage to win her over. And there could be a few more almost explicit pictures (I'm still working on unlocking all the images and whatnot).

If you want to play a visual novel with NSFW you'd best be looking for a hentai visual novel, which can found elsewhere. Or you can look under the tag of sexual content when looking for a new game on steam. But the NSFW scenes and images, or any adult content in the VN could be censored due to kids using steam as well. So yeah look elsewhere.

Yes and No. The Orgy Secret Ending, Revenge Ending, and some other things are supposed to be NSFW but any and all appendages are blocked and covered by steam, clothing, knives, skulls, water, and guacamole.........don't ask.

It's burlesque at most: Nearly naked but the goods are always covered. No actual "wink wink nudge nudge say no more about it" content though. It'd probably be too awkward for the voice actors. XD
