What kind of conservative opinions does Leonard even have? The only opinions I've seen from him are pretty much "I'm superior to you", "you enjoy things wrong", "you're not valid as a person" or "you're pissing on my childhood". If any of those opinions are conervative opinions, then conservatives deserve to be made fun of, really. Unless I have missed some events with him?

He says "those sjw c***s" quite a lot, and complaining about something ruining your childhood is seen as a conservative dogwhistle iirc. Him not actually having any conservative beliefs is part of what makes him a strawman. The parts that really bug me are the parts where he makes an obserbvation and then doesn't do anything about it, since if you're going to hold conflicting beliefs you'd do it in a way a bit more complicated than that. I wish he was written a little more like someone who spends too much time on 4chan, and not just "annoying strawman is annoying."

Zoe is basically just someone who spends too much time on tumblr, and we can see that she makes people uncomfortable too sometimes because of it. Not as much as Leonard, but having them be two sides of the "too much internet" coin would be a fun dynamic.
