I completed Scott's event chain before I met Mr Pheel the Eel. Perhaps the game won't trigger him until you've completed one of the other holdiay event chains?

You need to buy the gift in the shop and get the mind control dvd class and then continue to go to the gym.

Pheel triggered for me first, it's just luck. I got two of them on the same save and then didn't see it for another 3 hours of resetting.

The epilogue narration was kinda weak. It didn't acknowledge that Miranda's death probably wasn't even useful, and very likely detrimental. Pheel seemed much more like he was acting out of revenge than a proper coup, making the death senseless and not bringing enough good to justify the harm. It's very possible that she's the most redeemable of her sisters, as much as I hate her. The credits polaroids really did get me, I must say.

Her sisters, though. When I saw them, I was lost for words. They look amazing. The shortest with the eyepatch looks like the kind of villain I'd appreciate. All together... they remind me of the Homeworld Diamonds.
