Ending not counted

So i was playing the game, i got all six main endings and a couple of the secret endings but i knew i should have had 8 endings. but it still only counted 7/22 on the end game counter so i completed another secret ending and it went up to 8/22 instead of 9/22. After trying to play a few of the routes multiple times (secret and normal endings) and it not counting 9/22 i reset the progress and tried Damien's normal route. I beat it full stats and hearts, we went to prom and when i got to the end it said 0/22, anyone know why this is happening?!(i still get the fanfic unlocked for finishing my first game)

The 22 endings are secret endings only, normal endings don't count. You get them only if it's either a secret character or you have a special image at the end.

The only exception I can think of is Damien's Fight Ending, where you get a special image even if you fail the last encounter (which does not count).
