How long does a playthrough take?

Trying to avoid looking too deep into the forum to avoid spoilers, but I'm interested the game and I'm having difficulty locating roughly how long a run from start to finish would take (particularly with multiplayer). Can anyone advise roughly how long it would take for me and some friends to get through a run? For me, being able to do it in a single session instead of having to break it up across multiple sessions would be a big plus.

Single player it takes like 40-60 mins (60 probably for your first couple playthroughs or if you are a slow reader). 2 players about 60-70 mins (this is going by what the game says I think it says 60? but maybe a bit higher). 3 players 90-100 mins and finally 4 players 120 mins if there are no breaks. The game has no save system btw. Another thing is the times I gave were for full games there is a choice for short games which is usually like 30 mins off the times I said. I could be wrong though.
