I honestly don't know how that happened, but gratz. I don't think it matters as long as you succeed the last event, but if what the person above said is true, that would make sense.
Visiting side characters during lunch for stat boosts help a lot, since for these endings you don't need to earn points with the main characters. You earn a whole four points per interaction, only problem is they're not reliable if you need any specific stat in a pinch. You can also buy items to boost stats, effectively converting 5 money into 5 of any stat you want (though that doesn't help for this one since you need money to buy the required item). It wasn't easy, especially when I had to earn money for the item in the first place, but I managed it.
I took a cap of the endgame with my stats, charm and boldness are the same at 8.
