[SPOILER] Love from the depths
How do I get it?

I bought the deity and asked no one to prom but nothing happened.

You should have ran into events regarding the deity (with both Miranda and Polly present). You have to succeed all three events, making the obvious choice on the third event (ask her to the prom), and then ask no one at the end.

Did you buy the item too late perhaps?
I just ran through the game with deity bought very early, getting all the events with the Coven, Miranda and Polly and then asked the Deity. It rejected me!

What stats are needed to get it to go with you?

Charm. Like, very high charm. I think I failed the first time with 20 Charm, and succeeded the second time with 23 Charm (full run).
Alright, thanks for the info! I'll try again.
Just making a note here: I got it to go to prom with me but I had like 8 Charm. My highest stat was 16 Fun. So I guess it's possible without high Charm.
I had it reject me before, and on another run I raised my charm more and they said yes. But I also handled the previous events differently, so that might have changed the requirement for the last choice. Either way, dark gods are the best dates

I honestly don't know how that happened, but gratz. I don't think it matters as long as you succeed the last event, but if what the person above said is true, that would make sense.

Yeah I was about to ask how to grind Charm since it seemed impossible to get 21 along with the money needed for the artifact, plus going outdoors to activate the events. I just kept visiting Scott at lunch to try to up it and went to Gym a few turns. Maybe it's randomized or based off certain choices?

Visiting side characters during lunch for stat boosts help a lot, since for these endings you don't need to earn points with the main characters. You earn a whole four points per interaction, only problem is they're not reliable if you need any specific stat in a pinch. You can also buy items to boost stats, effectively converting 5 money into 5 of any stat you want (though that doesn't help for this one since you need money to buy the required item). It wasn't easy, especially when I had to earn money for the item in the first place, but I managed it.

I got this outcome by simutaneously going to the library every turn for money while trying to impress Vera. It just so happened I wanted to play with the new toy I unlocked the previous round (totem) and ended up dating the deity! My highest stat was Creativity (I dont think charm was above 10) and I also ended up buying the Penguin Mask so my smarts tanked hard during this round. I don't know if it's stat related, but good luck! Is Zoe going to be a DLC character or do you unlock more characters?

Regarding stats: From what I've seen, it doesn't matter what your highest stat is, you just need to pick the option that corresponds with the higher of the two stats. In this instance, I think it's charm vs. boldness (Asking her to prom vs fighting her). So you don't need charm to be your highest stat, it just needs to be higher than your boldness. This goes for every event.

I took a cap of the endgame with my stats, charm and boldness are the same at 8.

Very interesting. Maybe it let me decide whichever, then.
