I was trying to woo Vera, and she found out to become Prom Queen, she needed the blood of a former Prom Queen. She tells the player to go "buy something which will help."

The tampon directly says it belonged to a former Prom Queen. But... when I bought it, nothing happened and the plot didn't continue.

You keep playing and need to go to the bathroom location (she directly mentions to bring the blood to the bathroom once you have it while she will get the goat tongue.

It MIGHT be three stats per character I'm not sure. Earlier I remember some saying that Vera said "look at you" when rejecting them. I think charm might be an important stat for her as well as smarts. Smart people should know how to get money. money might not be a factor for her though. She cares about how much money she has. Not you.

From looking at the source code of the game:

Damien likes Boldness & Fun
Vera likes Smarts, Charm & Money
Liam likes Smarts & Creativity
Miranda likes Charm & Money
Polly likes Boldness & Fun

Scott has no favourite stat.

But from what I gathered from the code (I'm no programmer!) it seems none of them have stat requirements for the endings, but rather depending on how often you succeed on skill checks related to those stats, the more they like you (as I've explained in two other threads already, haha)!
