[SPOILERS] The Shopkeeper is the best route

If you've read the title and still haven't woo'ed the shopkeeper then I suggest you do. Just go to her shop 3 times and not buy anything.

Not only do we get backstory on the minor characters of the game but we also get the biggest twist for one of the charcaters in the game.

Valerie is my favorite and I'm going to ship her with shadowboy(Oz(Cry))

edit: I'm horrible at explaining when I'm sleep deprived but I stand my ground that Valerie is the best

Vera is her sister and that she actually acts that way to honor their dad who singehandedly raised the both of them. Vera is actually very sweet on her sister by being a total ♥♥♥♥♥

After coming to her shop 3 times and not buying, the fourth time you see her icon should be at the comfort rooms, that's when her route starts

But then what? I just finished a run getting that special ending, courting Vera along the way, but I still can't manage to take Vera to prom, nor did Valerie show up during the end-screen where I would have picked HER for the prom. Dammit, Vera is impossible!

I just kept trying and figuring out the right answers. From my experience, I had Smart, Creative, and Wealthy up there

if it helps, when I manage to get the shopkeeper ending, I chose my own character during the monster prom selection screen. It's the option to "go by yourself", but its basically "anyone other than the main 6". If you want to take Valerie, you might have to go to that option, because I don't think they put in the secret ending characters into that screen

Are there any prerequisits for getting her route? I haven't been able to get the route to activate. I've visited her three times in a row, but nothing. Any suggestions?

The game was updated recently- we were never meant to be able to romance the shopkeeper from the beginning, it was meant to be unlocked by taking all six characters to prom (secret endings don't count). You'll get a popup telling you that the shop has changed, and from there on out you can romance Valerie.

Visit her three times but don't buy anything (yes even during lunch), just leave everytime. The fourth time should start her route

That doesn't work anymore if you haven't already unlocked the route as a possibility! Visiting her over and over won't change anything, it seems like, if you haven't already got the achievement for taking everyone to prom.

Yea I'm trying to get this route, I have the polyamourous acheivement, and I visit her 3 trimes but it still don't work. HELP PLS!

I also can't seem to unlock her no matter what guides I use, and no matter how many times I succeed with everyone else. ;w; Guess it's just not meant to be

Since it's now updated, the only way to unlock her is by first having successful dates with the initial 6 choices
