has anyone figured out how to unlock the hidden characters?

talking about the tentacle-void girl from the ending picture and the orange blob with a cap, but also which npcs can be pushed further?

if you interact with the shopkeeper 3 times, going into her shop and buying nothing, her shop ceases existing and she says she'll take you on a date- which she does, next time you see her at school. i got one more date-ish event with her after that multiple times, but i didnt manage to get another, which the game implies exists with "you were just starting to get a feeling she's much more grounded than the other romance options..."

update: maxing up your wealth/charisma stats and choosing wisely leads to a third event, and at that point you're able to take valerie to prom ;)

I think the item needed for Zoe (tentacle girl) came from one of Vera’s routes but I’m not entirely sure because it came out of nowhere for me. But after you unlock it, buy it from the shop, and you can woo the deity. And when prom comes you choose “no one” and go with Zoe instead :^)

charm is right! and the item is an obscure eldrich-like totem from what i've read.

The orange blob (AKA Blobert) can be found by purchasing a certain item from the shop. Hint: Blobert is a very upbeat little fella, so look for a fun, cheerful item!

I’m pretty sure I’ve bought everything in the shop (maybe I’ve missed one?) but is the item a secret unlock? Or is it there from the beginning?
