[BUG]Restart the game half works

I finished the game. SO, i restart for making all achievements, but all of the enigmes are already done. I just see cinematics and do the last action i want to do and, next chapter !..

Also, after the last cinematics of "Tricking the Trickster", my game freeze on the "gray image".

I encountered this as well. I found if you go left and hit the save point, a cut scene will play. After the cut scene, the game skips all puzzles. You jump in and out of chapter 2. I went to the underground after chapter 2, saved at the beginning of chapter 3, and am stuck in dialogue with Charlie. I cannot end the dialogue when he said "... I will be back in a minute."

It was 2 years ago, so maybe i have found a solution maybe i have'nt if i found one i don't remember.
You could try reinstalling the game.
