This is usually caused by the GPU interfering with the CPU's dedicated graphics on a lower end machine.
Firstly, please make sure you have the most up-to-date drivers
To fix this you can disable your GPU device and run the game on your CPU by pressing your Windows key, typing "Device Manager", dropping down the Display adapters tab and disabling your GPU device. Alternatively you can try the opposite and disable your CPU display device, and running only on your GPU.
There may be alternative methods to fix the issue also in the following thread: https://steamcommunity.com/app/424840/discussions/0/1318836262655833334/
If you need anymore help please join us on our Discord server at https://discord.gg/marbleskies so we can help you ASAP.
Have you followed the other steps mentioned above? Updating your drivers and looking into the thread linked are the best ways of fixing this issue.
Can you also please post your PC specs?
Did you try changing display adapters? Also please post your PC specs.
