Actually not a huge budget for a game like this. GTA V is eight times it.

I wouldn't be surprised if SR2 was around 100 million. It was double the budget of the first game which was around 50.

3 and onwards had much smaller dev costs and it showed.

Saints Row reboot is pale shell of a game compared to say Saint Row 4/3/2 games
$100 million is stupid amount for so very little.

Cyberpunk 2077 on the other hand was $174 million but I can see it in the production.
