He is talking about how on Twitter they attacked any Fans that where Criticizing it after the Reveal, and even called the Fans Terrorists. This was well before it was even released on EGS, let alone here a Year after EGS.

I completely respect your opinion and agree that developers should have a more loyal composure with their customers but I (I) found the game incredibly amazing and I'm loving it, I hope some industry replaces it so they can get a more adept team and not lose your titles,
who knows in the distant future we won't see a new Saints? I'm a fan of the franchise.
