And Misadventures too, of course.

Also a Star Force collection.

And the Gameboy games, including Xtreme 1&2.

And Command Mission. And &B. And Challenger from the Future. And Wily Wars. And Rockboard. And Super Adventure Rockman. And Grand Five Island Adventure, and Battlechip Challenge, and EXE WS, and Phantom of Network and Legend of Network and Network Transmission, the GameGear one, Battle and Chase, and I think that more or less covers it.

Unleeeeeeess we count Strategy, and Golden Empire, and the DOS games, and those Pocketstation games, and the Tiger Handhelds, and the dozens of glorified flash games released for old school mobile phones.

Ugh Dive.

I played that game for months and got like a quarter to halfway through.

Which was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ enough, but this was hours a day, since that's what it takes to do all your dailies.

Out of curiosity, I clicked a thing that admitted that you have about a ONE IN TWO THOUSAND chance of drawing an S Rank character that isn't currently on the banner.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥-est ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that has ever been ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥-ed.

I never touched Dive. Sadly it seems these days, they are getting lazier by not making things for the big screen, and now going all out gacha with nothing else recently. I watched a video on Dive and it looks like just a bunch of mini-games to score points, lame explosions or often bosses not even exploding, and even putting in random non-MM characters. I want a real sequel. MM11 and the collections sold well, and they said an X9 would depend on how well those did, so there is no excuse not to produce an X9. I miss in the 90s and 2000s when they used to release a game or 2 ever 1.5 years or so. Ever since ZXA in 2007 was released, MM has died down in comparison as far as releases go, then we got cancellations, then a drought up until 2018 when MM11 should have revitalized it. But instead, just Dive nonsense for 3 years so far. Rockman Corner posts mostly just that as news now. Looks like Capcom is a one trick pony lately.

To be fair, people also complained about the over abundance of MM games for a while, not to mention most of those games being bad or mediocre at best. So, even if we start getting Mega Man games back to back, eventually people will fed up with it.

People just whine to whine. They actually quit during (IMHO) the best era the series has ever seen. The ZX and Star Force games were excellent.

I know it won't happen, but it'd be amazing if they do announce a Legends Collection, which would have 1 & 2, plus Misadventures.
That part is rather likely, honestly.
If they've done Classic, X, Zero/ZX, and now Battle Network... they'll likely do Legends as a collection, too.

But the amazing part would be if they added Legends 3 in it.
Back when the big hiatus began, Legends 3 was only a few months from release, meaning it was just about finished in development.
So, they wouldn't have a whole lot to do to get it ready, if they wanted.

I seriously doubt they'll do it, but it'd be nice if they did.

Yeah that was something I never understood. It seemed like they had already more or less finished it. Like, did they get to the end and suddenly realize they forgot to budget for printing the cartridges or something? The boxart designer died and they couldn't hire a new one?

I just don't get it.

Hopefully it wasn't just to spite Inafune.

That'd be awesome. I hope they make a 3d game again as well.
megaman legends 1 actually had a pc release so, it would be easy to add. what they should do is release a pack containing all 3. megaman legends 1, 2 and 3.

Speaking of, I actually had the PSX version then later the N64 version. I regret owning the N64 version. It seemed bad with sound quality and bilinear filtering made it look bad. PSX one was better. I never tried the PC version, but I assume it is like the PSX version with little or no difference.
I always thought the screenshots of 64 looked way better. But in any case, if the sound wasn't as good, which is believable since Legends uses extensive voice acting, that would be a deal breaker for me.

On a semi-related note, I have the PS1 version, with the PC version's jewel case. It was a mix-up at GameStop in around '06 or so. At first it bothered me, but now I wouldn't have it any other way. That one orange spine in my PS1 collection makes this game even more special, lol.
that is hardly the worst i have experienced. i was once involved in a purchase of a game that the store said was on floppy disk, while the game itself was on cd technically. i never got the game. i once purchased red alert 3 but they failed to find the disc. i already had it though and only needed and extra product key. back on topic: misadventures of tron bonne i actually got but, i never played it. i should still have it however and megaman legends 2. think i got it in toys`r`us.
