About the bounch balls, well...if you played 7, this shouldnt be your first time encountering a bounch level.
Then again, im an OG megaman player. And yes, its not an easy game...which is a good thing...but the store makes it kind of easy to get through.
They seem too spaced out, or the levels are too long.
It seemed especially noticable in the heatman stage, as i'm running through an instant kill death zone yet not getting a checkpoint. I don't recall that ever being a thing in a megaman game.
Sounds like you need to practice using the Double Gear system more than ever:
- Use the Speed Gear so that you can change your positioning as well as pace your attacks better.
- Use the Power Gear to unleash ridiculous damage on difficult enemies to minimize how long that you fight them for~
The Double Gear system is a game feature will trivialize almost any enemy encounter in the game; you just need to learn how to use it properly~
-graphics: obviously
-everything you need is at a touch of a button: compared to all megaman games, for about 7 of them you had to pause the game and choose your weapon, and even with those that let you change weapons there was still the part where you still needed to pause the game to equip rush coil or jet, now all of these actions and the double gears are all mapped to comfortable or changeable buttons of your liking, keeping the flow of the game intact (finished the game in under an hour without ever pausing the game for instance)
-no cheap level design: as much as i love megaman 10 and 9 and so on....there are many parts where if you jump over a pit there will be times where enemies will suckerpunch you and one-hit kill you because knockback.....this will never, i repeat NEVER HAPPEN, and if you want to give me the bounce man's stage, it doesn't happen, they spawn on pits, yes, but they hit you and push you back into the platform, there is not a single cheaply designed part in this game.
-people thinking that equiping parts are required or that the double gear is a requirement to beat the game......is a lie: quite frankly i have yet to buy anything from the shop :v.....and i beat the game without touching the gears, and also never used a energy tank in my under one hour run so.......basically what i'm trying to say is.....practice, learn the patterns and the design, and you'll love this game.
too many enemies: megaman 8
enemies keep respawning: heck in megaman 1 if the you defeated the enemy and decided to move back a few inches, it would respawn immediately, and like the man stated before.....infinitely spawning enemies has been a thing since the second game soooooooooo.
frustrating level design: if you play without planning ahead or training then that comment can be applied to every single megaman game
innacurate platforming: i finished the level in less than 5 minutes......what does that tell you mate?
had it on easiest difficulty:.........................are u serious?
either you lost your touch as a megaman fan, or quite frankly you have no idea what you're talking about and you're lying
Don't tell someone is not a fan because he doesn't like a game. He might love the other ones but not this one. Not everyone is going to notice the details of a game the same way someone else does. Hell people still give 9 and 10 ♥♥♥♥ just because they have 8 bit graphics and megaman doesn't have slide and charge even though 9 and 10 did SO MANY things right.
That being said this might be a troll post to begin with so don't waste your time.
Not every long fan is going to be great at the games either though just so you know. Anyway like said this is either a troll post in which case just don't waste time here or the guy is a fan fits in what I have said earlier in my earlier comment.
Meaning no need to be rude. Whatcha gonna gain by being rude anyway. If its a troll you are making him have his day , if he is like what I said then you are just being rude. Seriously just ignore.
>waaaaah its too hard!!!1!!!1!!
