Sometimes publishers or developers puts requirements above the actual necessary as to reduce the number of possible complaints. It's like telling students the gate will close at 7 AM when in truth they only close it at 7:30

Capcom's PC ports are mostly great, so I don't think there's a reason to worry.

You can thank Denuvo bloatware for that.

It's an Antitamper software that's hooked onto the executable in an effort to slow cracking down. It's notorious for its setbacks such as an intermittent online requirement

In some cases it only requires first run to be online, or should do so at least. Even then it's the easiest to crack apparently.
the lego games is worse because they require a constant internet connection on pc and runs on a server.
Denuvo is using virtualization. If you're not sure what that is, check out Virtual Machine emulation. And if Denuvo isn't implemented properly, it's even more of a pig on resources. These could be factors in the high specs recommendation. When the cancer of Denuvo was removed from Doom, instant improvement in performance. Developers for Assasins Creed Origins were commanded to reduce graphics detail significantly because it was infested with multiple layers DRM. Anyone who says straight up that Denuvo doesn't affect performance is either ignorant or an out and out liar.

Or their machines are actually strong enough to run the game perfectly. Yes, this kind of people exist.

Where's the 3D rendering? It's a 2D platformer. What an absolute joke!!

Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy has 3D Rendering, and here are the System Requirements from the Steam store page:

Minimum:
  • OS: Windows 7
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-750 @ 2.67GHz | AMD Phenom II X4 965 @ 3.4GHz
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 2GB | AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB
  • DirectX: Version 9.0c
  • Storage: 30 GB available space
  • Sound Card: DirectX 9.0c Compatible

Oh by the way, it doesn't have Denuvo. This could explain something.

Tales of Berseria has Denuvo. I didn't have any problems with it even once. God Eater has Denuvo, never had any problems (although it's a Vita port, so...). Tekken 7 has Denuvo, still no problems on my end. *shrug* I don't know what so many people are whining about. My PC is somewhat crap and I still have a good time. The only problem I see with Denuvo is that it's completely useless and devs waste their money on it.

MegaMan 11 has 3D graphics by the way, only gameplay is 2D.

Please read the OP, then come back. Thank you.

That's the claim, but what I've seen in the video is mostly 2D sprites. Not convinced. It looks like nothing better than an Android game. Sonic Generations looks just as good, came out years ago, and has more 3D rendering requiring infinitely lower specs.

This is the trailer I watched: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v2PAI5JNAT8
Megaman 11 demands horsepower. But it ain't Crysis 3. The min. required card for MM11, the 260x, does a damn fine job of running Crysis 3, so it's absurd to expect so much grunt for MM11.

Denuvo is the horsepower gobbler, and the phantom menace here. Just bear in mind that Sonic Mania was a fraction of the size of the Denuvo crap it was riddled with.

that is a trailer for the switch version. other versions is likely to look better.
