oculus rift touch controllers not showing up

I go to launch the game thru streamvr and I'm able to use my touch controllers to move the sub and everything else but I'm not to move the lights with my controllers and for some reason I have to move my headset and look at what I want to press and then click it using my controllers, its acting like I am playing the desktop version and using keyboard/mouse but I'm using an oculus with touch controllers. sorry if this seems all over the place, just don't know what to do.

had the same issue - if you have an xbox controller unattach it from the pc first then start the game - touch controllers will work fine then
