Game wont start :/

Whenever i try to start the game, it wont start, any ideas what might be wrong?

It used to work perfectly fine until this update, i've been very excited about the stern, looks like i'll have to wait for an update or try to fix it myself :/

Hi Pvt. Aleks and RMSTitanic, sorry to hear you're having trouble! I've got a couple of questions for both of you to help track this down if that's ok. We've had a couple of reports like this but nothing too widespread, so we're trying to pin it down.

What's your PC Spec (CPU, GPU, RAM, Hard drive type?)
What's your VR Spec? (Headset, Purchased through Steam / Oculus Store)
Does the application open at all? Can you get to the main menu?
If you can get to the menu, do any levels work? (Play Game, Experience, Sandbox etc).

Sincere apologies for the issues you're having, I know how frustrating it can be.

My specs are: Intel Pentium CPU N3540 2.16 GHz, 4GB RAM, graphic card: NVIDIA GeForce 820M (it's notebook). I play it only in a desktop mode. The game won't launch at all. I can't get into menu either.
I know that these specs are too low, but before the update the game (early access) was running good. I thought that there won't be so significant change.
I have desktop computer with better specs and there it runs on the highest options. But I would be glad to run it on notebook, too. I know that it is probably impossible.

Hi since the full game update I don't have VR I play with xbox controller LT wont bring up the thing where u can click things and I cant move the RV around like turning around I can only go fwd left right no turning ?

My specs are: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 960 @ 3.20 GHz, 6GB RAM. Graphic card: GeForce GTX 760 (192 bit), im sorry if i didnt include all the information you wanted, but im such noob with this kind of stuff , and as RMSTitanic said above, it worked perfectly fine before the update, no lag, no problems, everything on high setting, worked like a charm, but now, it wont start at all :(

It won't launch on my system either. I bought the Apollo 11/Titanic bundle and Apollo 11 works fine but not Titanic. System specs: i7-920, 6GB RAM, GTX1070, HTC Vive. Tried launching from desktop icon, via steam, and from within SteamVR. I can see the loading screen in VR headset for may be 20-30sec, then it just exits. Tried uninstalling then installing again, to no avail..

Same here. It used to work before. Now, no matter what mode I select (simple play, SteamVR Play or Oculus Play), I get the "running" text next to the game's name for one or two seconds, then it disappears as if nothing was loaded. No screen blanks, no flashes, no error messages or anything.
My specs:
Win10, i7 870, gtx 970, 24GB RAM.
If there's any more information I can provide, I'll be glad to help.

Same here, since I downloaded the update all i get when i click on play is a word that says it's running then it just goes away and doesn't even start! a little window flashes on the screen then dissapears straight away. Been waiting patiently for this update and now the game doesn't even start. I was playing it perfectly fine before in the normal mode (without the VR settings) but now... nothing. I've uninstalled and re-installed. I've even wiped my laptop and re-installed Steam and the game and it's still happening... I'm gutted!

Same with me , running fine before the update even though my pc doesn't meet the specs. But now just get running for a few seconds then nothing.
