Achievement Bug

For some reason, when i craft the wand and walk inside the house again, that cutscene of Sandman walking down the stairs simply WONT HAPPEN at all, no matter what i do, and no one else seems to have this problem, i dont want to have one bugged achievement remaining, what do i do? i tried to replay a save before getting the wand, by not getting any ingredient for the sand, and even so nothing happened
