Tried to update the visual C++ library

Have heard of several different issues when running on Windows 11. I wonder if using compatibility mode would help, setting it to Windows 10 instead?

it seems steam would automatically set up the compatibility mode of win vista of this game，still bug happens

Shoot. Well, if you haven't tried it this way, you could go to Properties > Compatibility and check the box for run compatibility mode (instead of using the troubleshooter). There should be a way to select an operating system manually below that, unless they got rid of that in Windows 11.

Other than that, maybe try removing the patch and seeing if it works without it, assuming that doesn't break your save file.
