Having trouble getting Nanoha normal ending

As the title implies, I've come to a stalemate trying to unlock the normal ending for Nanoha's route. I've been following this guide https://pastebin.com/hCza2JeG so far and I've either been too fast or too slowly at multiple attempts. Anyone able to make it crystal-clear as to what I'm supposed be doing at what point?

You only need to complete the fight between 3:00 - 3:44 minutes, use a chronometer to help you.

Just to make sure, does this count for all three consecutive fights combined right after the encounter with the Dominion Priestess?

Only the third fight counts, the Dominion Priestess will talk to you in this stage after a while.
