From there pick your correct Device from the list. If you have an Oculus Rift (S), then pick "Oculus". If it's Vive or Index, pick "SteamVR". If Mixed Reality then try "Mixed Reality" etc.
If it still doesn't work please specify for the team what Device and OS you are using, they will answer very soon :)
Can't really do anything when you don't know what does what...
I mean most stuff you'll need as a starter are actually documented on the Wiki and plenty of Tutorials exist which are made by the community. The team is trying their best but there's only so much they can do.
If you guys require any help feel free to add me, I can offer you a tour if you would like too :)
I don't like having to fumble blindly through the UI or scrobble back and forth through videos to find the things I need to be able to do the things I want to do.
As an example the nicely sorted playlists of ProbablePrime (https://www.youtube.com/c/ProbablePrime/playlists) aren't detailed enough for you to get started? Some of their videos go up to 30 minutes and I can guarantee that I learned very much advanced stuff, aside from the Wiki and the helpful community in-game/in Discord.
Everything on the roadmap (like UI rework, better tutorial world, native Desktop mode etc.) is planned and done in due time, and again: the team can only do so much as they're no robots. It's also a community effort where everyone can participate too if they like.
Feel free to add your feedback in the respective channels, it got a bit off-topic here as the OP was asking initially for help :)
Video tutorials are not useful as reference material.
YOU SUK AT EVERYTHING
i know absolutely 0 about modeling and rigging and was able to follow instructions to load an outdated model format (from goldsrc) to blender and get it into the game
Clearly, this is more of an open collaborative world, not a shooter. If you understand that up front, i think you’ll have a better experience.
