broken hands with oculus touch

I downloaded and ran neos vr yesterday with no issues. Messed around for a few hours and called it quits, seemed alright. Got back home today and logged in to find that neos is not connecting my vr controllers to any models hands when i'm using them. It is registering and uses the controllers though.

The models hands are pulled down and lay flat as if they where on the ground. Key binds on the controllers do work. The little hand orbs for enabling the menus move with my controllers and i can use objects and buttons, but with difficulty in models because the pointers are bound to the models hands.

When i was able to shimmy out of a model i would be able to use the pointers again because they were not bound to a model. Also while in and out of models i was not able to use the movement for walking, i could use the fly and teleport movements though

In the game configuration tool i have the controllers set to oculus rift with controllers, which i set yesterday before it broke for me, and in the steam vr settings my controllers were set to touch for neos, set prior as well. I didn't touch any setting when i first launched earlier and or change/update any software, nor do i have any updates for said software either.

i would appreciate the help on fixing this.

An update was just released which should fix this issue. Try it again and see if it helped.

this is still an issue. my roomate has been experiencing this problem, cant even sign up for the game.
