Are you having this issue on other applications? Do you have any other peripherals such as gamepads plugged into your PC?
How are you running Neos with your Quest 2? Oculus Link? Virtual Desktop?
Are you using the SteamVR or Oculus native runtime? If one doesn't work, you could try the other. To do so you can use the Neos launcher, and specify your device as either SteamVR or Oculus Rift, or you can use launch options in Steam. -SteamVR for Steam and -RiftTouch for Oculus.

There is also a deadzone setting available in the settings menu in-app which you could try raising.
