Generally speaking for full-body use, you will want to get a SteamVR headset such as a Valve Index, or HTC Vive/Vive Pro(Eye)/Vive Cosmos Elite.
There aren't many options for full body tracking, the standard/only real commercial option right now are Vive Trackers. For use in full-body, Neos will support any amount from 1 (hips only), 3 (hips and feet), all the way up to 8 for 11-point tracking (head, hands, chest, elbows, hips, knees, feet).
Additionally, trackers can also be used to track objects in your playspace. E.g. we've had users that have used a tracker to keep track of their dog/cat.
Other headsets can be used, but require the use of third party software, e.g. OpenVR-SpaceCalibrator.
Willing to spend however much it will cost to reach this goal. Any video links or an item list of what to get will really help me out. Thanks.
Dont worry about pc specs i got a pre built coming this tuesday so i will be able to run vr later without any lag.

Down the line/as desired, you could buy additional 2.0 base stations as desired in addition to the two the kit comes with (up to a total of four base stations) to improve the coverage and tracking quality.

As for the trackers themselves, those could be purchased directly through Dell, Vive, or other resellers.

As I had noted, those too you can get more of over time. The most common configuration that users use for FBT uses three trackers (feet and hips) but can be expanded up to use eight for 11-point tracking.
Thanks for your time, didnt expect a developer to reply and help me out considering the work one does.
If you want to get caught up with the community, and what's going on in it, I'd suggest you drop by our Discord. It's where a lot of our community spends their time when they aren't in Neos. https://discord.gg/neosvr
