Glitch making it impossible to continue in game

Near the end of the game (I think), before you have access to the well, you can pick up an elvin glove, it was one of the first things I did in that room, I went over and tried to grab flowers from the flower pot filled with wolfsbane to the side and she said that glove wouldn't do, didn't grab anything and the glove disappeared from my inventory.
Later on I recieved the second glove from Sylio or whatever the elf guy's name is, but it wasn't added to my inventory.
At this point I can't do anything because that plant was the last piece I needed for the numbing potion.
Hints don't do anything even though I have 25/26 hits possible and it's red indicating I can get a hint, and the reason is simply because I don't have the gloves which are required to grab that stupid plant.
So I have to delete my save and restart brand new :-/

I think I have the same problem. Can't collect Wolfsbane, so I can't end the game.

Agree - the same problem - so nice game and so strong disappointment at the end.

I'll point out you guys if you restart the game and run through it again real fast which you can do easily in just a couple hours, just make sure when you pick up the first glove not to touch the wolvesbane area, as long as you don't the glove isn't removed then when you get the second glove you can grab it just fine and finish the game, I know that as fact since I did that, I 100%ed the whoel game.

Thanks for the info. Not sure if I want to redo everything just for this one glitch.

yeah it takes 2-3 hours to redo it all, and that's with doing everything without hints on expert and grabbing all the stuff all over again as you have to create a brand new profile for it, (go to change profile in the game and click to make a new one just whatever name I left it at Alice that time), and run through it all over. It's a bit of a pain but it's not that bad if you've remembered where everything is from your first playthrough.
Just gotta avoid touching the wolfsbane til you have both gloves or the glove doesn't do and it's tossed which is silly.

No if you hit that part where you lost the gove from your inventory, then you have to create a new profile and start the game again fresh, just go to I think it's 'more' in the main game menu and change profile then create a new one you have ot start from the very begining again.

Yes it is! We've uploaded the build with the fix but you still need to start with a new save for the change to take effect.
