Does it really just end like that???

i cant actually review it cause I'm playing it via Steam Family, but does it really just. Anti-Climatically end like that? That's like.. SO not worth it...
Why do I even have a command box in the background if I can't actually use it???? What's even the point of the game?!? The story was very linear and had 0 impact, I thought this was going to be profound the way it was going but it was just a whole NOTHING BURGER?

i played it five years ago and felt the same way. oh well not every game is as conclusive as we'd like :/
