I can't play the game, I need help

I don't know why, but when I try to launch it, it tells me that "Simon messed up" and that I need to send the "ErrorLogs" folder to Twitter or Steam. But how am I supposed to do that ? Can anyone help me please ?

Can you skip dialogue?

After playing a bit yesterday I wanted to pick up where i left of only to find out it set me back quite a bit. This is not a problem i expected it as i didn't finish the level. Sadly most of it was dialogue which i can't find a way to skip, hence why i am asking....
