Everything was tested against the first 3 enemies of Mount Putuo, Legend Difficulty and the Thrust Skill Tree completely maxed. To further add on that, I only tested the normal Thrust Attack and only the first hit (so I never went further with the Combo). The higher value is the buff from the "Tip" Skill (+30% Damage if you strike with the weapon tip, basically a "sweet spot").
Oak Pole - 131/157
Forest Rage - 168/218
Fisherman's Pole - 105/136
Singed Dragon - 210/273
Staff of Abbot Shuo - 157/204
Jade Cliff - 136/177
Jingu Bang - 105/136
Swamp Claw - 131/170
Icy Ruin - 131/170
Three Steel Weadows - 157/204
EDIT: I've just unlocked my first Gold Weapon (Oak Pole) and it does more damage as well (141/184 vs. 131/170). Pretty neat.
It'd be nice if the devs had a list compiled somewhere, or would add the info to the game when trying to evaluate a weapon. Already a bit tedious to test out new weapons by going into a level for a bit instead of just having a training dummy to hit in the temple.
That's why I put "Unlocked" between quotation marks.
