Fallen City passcode help.

I'm at the fallen city in the game and need help with the passcode section. I know the code is Sun but the game will not let me type out the code in full. Video proof here: https://youtu.be/xqjUinYAz8g

Any help would be welcomed.

There's a hard lock on it, if you haven't found the three clues you can't enter it, no matter how much you know what it is. Find the clues then you can enter it, I had the same issue.

I do have all three clues. The game will not let me input the code properly

I solved the issue. Had to just restart the game use purely keyboard controls to make it work.

You can also get to the settings through the save and load tab through the party menu so you dont have to restart the game

Anyone has figured out ? My problem is that i put the correct passsword, and nothing, i already have all the clues, and didnt work.... i bought a broken game ¬¬
