Monster Book completion

I'm trying to complete the monster book but totally forgot to magic lens Adecor and Bocco's at the very beginning of the game. Is there any opportunity to fill that later in the game?

Also for the rat in the sewers but I figured I'd probably find more rats later.

You can fill out what you missed in NG+. You can carry over data from monster book, collector's book, cooking proficiency etc.
