You should always equip your lowest level weapon that has skills to learn.
Doesn't the pack have skill ups in it as well?
I'm still downloading the game so I haven't had the chance to dig into it yet.
Essentially. I just use the materials so I don't have to grind for those weapons mats later.
Only packs I haven't used are the level up packs. Otherwise, just by buying/making weapons, and always equiping the weakest one to learn skills for, I'm halfway through the game, and I'm not super powerful.
Vesperia is ingenius in the way that's it built, as weapon skills matter more then weapon stats. Sure you can make the game easier with the top tier weapons, but once you reach the area where you'd normally use them, if you skipped out on all the previous weapon skills. You won't have a chance, since your nerfed your own combat system.
Yuri's Arte links for example, or Combo Plus +1.
Even if you use all 40 level ups. If you play on hard late game is still challenging. Even mid game around level 40-55 can be decently challenging on hard but still to easy in my book. So you could play until you beat the game and do a New Game Plus or start over. But Hard difficulty will still give you a challenge unless your just an amazing player. lol
Also if you know how to use Cheat Engine. You can enable Unknown difficulty the hidden difficulty on your 1st playthough. And even if your a good player and used all the DLC. Unknown will be very hard mid game. And probably to hard late game. But that's the awesome thing you can change difficulty and time. So what I am saying is your entire run is not ruined completely. lol
Yeah, just noticed that I have everything unlocked. Played for 10 hours already. Not going to start over anymore. Whose Idea it was anyway to put a pack like that in the game? I was just clicking the content inside the menu others than money and levels. I just thought they contain some items etc.
