Any tips for Spiral Draco?

I saw someone say he was easy, even in Unknown, just spamming Meteor Swarm with Rita in overlimit (basically the old Grade farm method, with Meteor instead of tidal Wave) but they barely seem to hit the head, and then he just heals whatever damage I dealt...

I even tried it in Easy, because I'm cheap like that, and the head was still healing itself for more than I could dish out. Of course, I'm not using the Fell Arms, and am already level 200... Is there some cheese one could try to beat that boss?

Make sure your character don't have the skills that reduces damage-dealt being equipped. You could also try to equip skills that increase damage.

use raven stop time to stop the healing
+ rita meteor to kill body first, then can hit the head
