"Pro Boarder" Achievement not unlocking

Anyone had this happen? I finally got under 40 seconds using Course 7 on the snow boarding mini game and the achievement still hasn't unlocked.

To earn this achievement, you need to specifically clear it with Course 1 under 40 sec
