Patty's Great Pirate Title, guy doesnt appear
Ive seen every single animation, including both seifer and both skewer animations, yet he wont show, help.

I have gone through and done all the animations again, yes, all of them, still hasnt spawned at nordopolica.

I don't know much about those events. But googling tells me that title only requires her to reach level 60 to unlock.

You're supposed to see all animations on her Mystic Arte and then go to nordopolica after endgame, and i've seen every single animation on her mystic arte, and he wont spawn, :/

He just keeps spamming this line when I talk to him though...

For what it's worth, these people only started appearing after I had gotten the flying Fiertia, i.e. after Ba'ul evolved.

For what it's worth, these people only started appearing after I had gotten the flying Fiertia, i.e. after Ba'ul evolved.
No, the guy appears out by the stairs infront of the coliseum, well, he is supposed to, the guy in your picture is for a cooking sidequest, master 3 things on patty and cook 600 times.
