Anyone else suffering from this issue ?

So, lately even if i reinstall the game, remove easyanticheat and reinstall it, move the installation map to a different drive, play with the different firewall settings. EasyAnticheat keeps being unable to start the NGB game, on rare occassions it allows me to play it, but then it has its fits on the next boot. being unable to start up at all. displaying various error codes ranging from 10010 or sorts to 2,14,15 and so on.

This was my solution from a different thread to the issue. It's basically that EAC keeps trying to update and it can't so it shuts down the game. If there's no internet connection, it stops trying and boots up.

In Windows:
Click Start
Go to Settings
Click on Updates and Security
Click on Firewall
Scroll down and Click on Advanced Settings (you'll probably need to OK it)
A window will pop up
In the Frame on the left hand side, click on Outbound Rules
In the Guide Bar above, click on Actions, select New Rule
Select Program and hit Next
Browse for the exe and find the New Gundam Breaker exe (it's actually the EAC Launcher)
It should be at: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\BGMC
Select it and Open
Hit Next and select "Block the Connection"
Hit Next. I just left everything here selected.
Hit Next, Name the Rule so you can find it easy and then hit Finish

Now boot up NGB. At first it will seem like it's loading slowly, that's EAC trying to connect to the internet. It will see that Steam is Online, give up and load NGB
